Privacy and Disclaimer

We’re serious about protecting your privacy and not being obnoxious with your email address because we wouldn’t want anyone clogging our inbox with junk. We promise to never sell your information or broadcast ads from other companies, and your address will only be used to deliver our newsletter or otherwise communicate with you as a current or potential client.

We use a third-party service provider to help us subscribe readers and distribute our newsletter. That company uses secure servers featuring all the latest bells and whistles. You may view their privacy policy and security protocol.

Bottom line, it wouldn’t be very bright of us to abuse your personal data if we’re hoping to build our business, engender trust and ask for future referrals.

We’re nearly certain we know what we’re talking about at the time of posting any information and always strive for perfection; however, we cannot warrant or guarantee anything you read, see or hear on this site because we rely on others for data and construction methods evolve continually. We give credit to those teaching us and will clearly attribute when we’re not the primary source.

That said, if you’re skeptical please consult a licensed professional or expert in those fields. We’re a fully licensed general contractor, not an attorney, engineer, accountant, accredited investor or member of the clergy. Please also ask others for their two cents. We promise not to intentionally mislead or lie, because that would be fraud and we don’t want to go to jail.

Your use of this site is free but you may not freely use the content as your own without giving us a tip of the cap. Woe to those who pilfer our content without asking for permission. If you do and we find out, you’ll receive a Nastygram from our legal counsel, Pitbull, Rattlesnake, and Badger.
